Season Ticket Holder Agreement
All season ticket holders agree to abstain from any behavior at any time, whether at the stadium or otherwise (including social media), that is homophobic, racist, or discriminatory against any individual based on their characteristics, including but not limited to age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, sex, sexual orientation, religion, or beliefs. Our team enforces a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of biased behavior. Any violation of this will be considered a serious breach of these Terms of Issue and will result in the strongest possible sanctions. The Team may also refer any individual who violates this to the relevant authorities.
All season ticket holders entering the stadium acknowledge that photographic images and/or audio, visual, or audiovisual recordings and/or streams (or photographs taken from these) may be used, for example, without limitation, in the television coverage of the game or for promotional, training, editorial, or marketing purposes by the Team, the League, or others (including commercial partners and accredited media organizations), and the use of a season ticket for stadium entry constitutes consent to such use. You also acknowledge that photographic images and/or audio, visual, or audiovisual recordings and/or streams (or stills taken from these) may be used (by the Team or a third party, such as law enforcement) to identify you as an individual, where permitted by data protection laws, for the purposes of preventing or detecting crime or any breach of these Terms of Issue or the Conditions of Entry.
All season ticket holders agree that the matches for which season tickets have been purchased are public, and that their appearance and actions within and around the stadium where a match is being held are of a public nature, and that they have no expectation of privacy regarding their actions or behavior at the matches.
No warranty can be given by the Club that a match will take place at a particular time or date. The Team reserves the right to reschedule any match without notice and without any liability whatsoever. Your season ticket will permit you to attend the rescheduled match.
The Team shall have no further liability, including (but not limited to) any indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of enjoyment, or travel/accommodation expenses.
We do not offer refunds for season ticket purchases.
